Do you like being controlled?

Greetings! It's been awhile since I've posted but it's past time. I'm sure you are wondering about my title. Do you like being controlled? Your government is trying to control you. It's trying to control where you go, where you go shopping, where you go to eat, if & when you can see your family. Telling you how & when you can see your friends. Telling you have to restrict your breathing in the form of a mask or 2. Telling you that for the greater good you have to be injected in order to protect grandma. Telling us if we can go to church or not. Telling bars if they can open or not. I'm a grandma......I'm not getting the vaccine & I chose to go without a mask as often as I can. If a woman was in a relationship & this was happening to her, she would be told to leave....that she deserved better. That she was in an abusive relationship. Our government is in abusive relationship with us. We are being controlled just like Nazi's controlled the Jews in Nazi Germany. Our freedom of speech is being controlled left & right. President Trump was banned from Facebook, snapchat, Instagram, etc. Bobby Kennedy Jr was just banned from Instagram because of his webinar on the Covid vaccine in which a long line of experts spoke out against the Covid vaccine including one saying the Covid vaccine doesn't fit the parameters for a "vaccine." Anti-vax groups on Facebook are being attacked & removed from Facebook left & right for their stance on the vaccine issue. Many people who were in the webinar put on by Bobby Kennedy Jr woke up this morning to finding numerous messages from Facebook that some of their posts went against community guidelines & were removed. My personal group was attacked as well & posts that were over a year old were removed.
If a government wanted to removed liberty from a country the first thing they would do is removed Freedom of Speech. In colonial times, those who were planning a revolution used restaurants, bars & churches to make their plans. The constitution isn't to control the people, it's to control the government. It's only when we as Americans say enough is enough that the controlling behavior will stop. Are you ready? Later, L

Happy National Lighthouse Day! What.......you've never heard of it?   I'm not surprised. Aug. 7th, 1789 - Congress approved an act to support the building, maintenance & support for lighthouses around the country. Many lighthouse people celebrate this day even tho its not recognized nationally. These beacons led ships to safe ports & warned them of dangers of impending rocks & shoals. Feeling Heartbroken & Exhausted

When a family member has a life threatening illness, it's time to come together as a family, not increase family drama. It's a time to help each other, not make a commitment & then back out. It's not a time to cut off communication because you're having a stressful time in your life. Think of how stressful it is for the family members directly involved in the care of the loved one fighting for their lives. It's not a time to punish the innocent in this fight, it's time to support them. It's not a time to say if you do the treatment the family members says they're going to & die as a result, I'm never speaking to a different family member again. I don't have the energy to fight 2 fronts right now.

A bit about me

Hello! First off, let me tell you a little bit about myself.   I'm a mom & a grandmother.  I'm also a recent college graduate.   Oh.....one more thing......I'm very outspoken. Growing up, I was told to be quiet.....a lot.   My grandparents told me that children should be seen & not heard.  The woman who called herself my mother rarely had time for me.  My dad died at a young age.  My uncle shushed me constantly when I was trying to explain things to him. I was in a shell until I turned 16.   I slowly came out.   Once I graduated from high school, I started teaching. Once I became a mom, I became more outspoken.  As the years have passed, I've become more outspoken. I've offended some people with how up front I am.  I don't hold any punches.  If you don't like what I say, then you know where the door is or in this case, close the tab or window.
